When it comes to the Mi'kmaq Lejeune Family, there will always be nay-sayers. Some prominent, some not so prominent, and others simply because that is their
character.
Whatever their prominence, motives or character may be, we will continue to present the Truth
about our Lejeune line and the fact they were Mi'kmaq.
The Lejeune family of Jeanne Lejeune, Pierre Lejeune and Martin Lejeune is
not an Acadian family, it never was an Acadian family, nor will it ever be an
Acadian family.
Many Mi'kmaq families in Cape Breton for decades have been erroneously
classified as Acadians and what you are witnessing today is the descendants of
these Mi'kmaq families breaking away from the yoke of false teaching and
ideology hung around their necks and CHOOSING once again to be identified with
their Mi'kmaq ancestors.
As was mentioned on the previous page, the fog has been lifted.
We are Mi'kmaq, and for that we make no apologies.
