I am a descendant of Pierre LeJeune; although I have no documentation per see...it would be interesting to be able to trace back the heritage that was given to me by my dad.

Thanks for sharing the tribal history and more recent information. I found your site while doing family history for friends who have anscestry in the Mius, Bugaret and Petitpas families. The link to buy the music CD takes you to a site that says it is not available. Is there another source?

I have recently traced my family name, LeJeune, to Pierre Dit Briard LeJeune, Wife, Marie Marguerette Doucet. I am interest in learning more about my ancestory. Last year we visited Annapolis Royal and did some studying. Through several genealogy souces which all lead to Pierre Dit Briard LeJeune. Pierre and his wife, Marie Doucet are mentioned more than once on this web site.
